2. Your Business will be featured on FB on a regular basis on the following pages:

3. Lenders will receive Client Leads from Horizon Realty Referral on a rotating basis and paired up with an agent.
4. Lenders will be given leads on a rotating basis with UREH’s Paid Lead program.
5. Lenders will be paired up with new agents for postcard farming campaign. (See attached Lender / Agent Postcard Agreement)
6. Lenders will be invited on a rotating basis to come the Horizon Real Estate School when the Financing section is taught to offer guidance.
7. Horizon Property Management – Letters will go out 6 months and 3 months before moveout asking the tenant if they are ready to buy. We will match them with our Preferred Lender on a rotating basis.
8. You will have the opportunity to showcase your company and services by speaking to our agents in training sessions.
9. Your company will be featured in our brochures and marketing campaign when any of the above companies participates in community and social events.
10. The UREH office(s) Warrenton and Front Royal will keep on display all your provided marketing materials.
11. UREH will include your marketing materials as part of our seller / buyer client informational packets.
12. All Vendors will be invited to participate in Network Functions the above entities host.
